Nasdaq has approved the company's application
The energy storage company SaltX Technology today announced that Nasdaq has approved the company's application to move from Nasdaq First North to be listed on Nasdaq First North Premier. The trading of SaltX shares at Nasdaq First North Premier begins on Friday, May 18, 2018. SaltX shareholders do not need to take any action in regards of the listing on First North Premier. The share will be traded under the same name and ISIN code as before, SALT-B and SE0005308541. SaltX currently does not follow the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance but intends to apply the code well in advance of July 1, 2019.
