In the area of property development, Grupo Cosimet is involved in the purchase and sale of land and buildings, following thorough financial and commercial analysis prior to either of these actions.
Grupo Cosimet also participates in the property and rental sector through various construction and land sale and purchase projects (Granados del Mar, Masía de Traver, Forcat…).
In addition to direct real estate development, COSIMET, develops from URBAGESCO, real estate projects for residential homes.
